Definitions

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below, unless the context requires otherwise:

Acceptance of Terms

Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) Royal Slot account only. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all winnings and balances.

Bonus & Promotions

• Cancelled Bets: If a match or event is cancelled, postponed, or not completed within 24 hours of the original start time, all related bets will be voided and funds returned to the user's account.

Account Closure & Suspension

Royal Slot reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict a user's account at any time, without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• The user is found to have violated any part of these terms and conditions.
• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The user has registered more than one account.
• The user is verified to be under 18 years of age.
• The user has requested self-exclusion and re-registered in violation of that agreement.
• Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting the Royal Slot support team via email at support@royalslot.wine. Any remaining balance following the completion of the review will be returned to the user via the original payment method.

Responsible Gaming

Royal Slot is committed to responsible gaming practices and provides the following tools to help users manage their playing habits:

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings.
• Loss Limit: You can set a maximum loss limit for a specified time period.

In any event, Royal Slot's maximum total liability to a user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law

Royal Slot reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will:

• Updating the "Updated" date at the top of this document.
• Sending notices to registered users via email or in-platform notifications.

Continued use of the Royal Slot platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account at any time.

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through confidential negotiation. If negotiation fails, the parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration.
